Step-by-Step Instructions

Step One: Order

Using “Get a Price Quote”
Upon requesting, you will receive a price quotation via email. For any inquiries, feel free to respond to the email with the quotation. Once we receive your email, one of our sales consultants will promptly reach out to guide you through the entire process.

If you find the price and condition satisfactory, please notify us of your intention to make a purchase. We will then proceed to process your order and generate the necessary invoice for payment (Proforma Invoice).

Please share the stock number or chassis of the desired vehicle with your assigned sales consultant. If you're still exploring options, provide your preferences, and our staff will assist you in making an informed purchase decision.

Step Two: Order Confirmation

Upon confirming your order,
Kindly proceed to make the payment using the available payment methods. For payment methods please reach out to your sales consultant.

Please send a copy of the transaction to the designated Sales Agent's WhatsApp number. Your designated sales agent will guide you through the payment procedure.

Step Three: Payment Verification

Upon successful receipt of your payment,
We will promptly share the shipping schedule for your order. Once the vehicle(s) are shipped, we will compile the essential original documents necessary for import customs clearance, including the Bill of Lading. Utilize our TRACK My CAR (TMC) service to monitor the location of your vehicle(s).

Step Four: Delivery

Once the car reaches Durban, we will arrange delivery of your vehicle withing 48 hours subject to full payment and availability of carriers.

Throughout the entire purchase journey, from the point of sale to the delivery at your location, our dedicated sales consultant will consistently guide you, ensuring a seamless and delightful purchasing experience.
